Deep dark concentrated red fruits, raspberry confectionery and layers of spicy fruit cake offer an attractive array of aromatics.  Fine white pepper spice also balances out sweet vanillin oak and slight caramel edges from French oak maturation.  This cool climate Shiraz style from Estate grown fruit is very fine and focused with an elegant medium bodied palate.  Generous fruit up front and fine integrated tannins add structure and length to this very approachable wine.  Cellaring for 3-5 years will reward patience.
