The cool climate of Manjimup offers perfect ripening conditions for Pinot Noir, retaining  fresh pure varietal characters of this luscious variety.  On the nose intense raspberry, cranberry and bright red fruits dominate with slight forest floor savoury notes.  The palate is rounded, soft and sweet with upfront candied fruits and generous mouthfeel. Velvety tannins provide structure and length to this classic Pinot Noir.
